Oliver was born August 10, 1967 in Tubingen, Germany to Hans and Ute Ochs.   He
immigrated to the United States with his parents at 10 months of age.

He graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine in 1985.

He is survived by his children Ellie and Cooper; their mother Mollie Ochs; his
parents Hans and Ute Ochs; sister Ulrike Ochs.
