Patrick was born February 6, 1918 in Sumner, WA to Eugene O'Neill and Mary
Murphy O'Neill.

In 1940 he married Ruth Rawlings.

Pat served in the Coast Guard during World War II.

Pat was preceded in death by his wife of 73 years Ruth; and siblings Jim and Jean.

He is survived by his children Sandy Barnes (Chuck, deceased); Michael O'Neill
(Barb Nichols); and Mary Patneaude (Jim).
