Frederick was born December 1935 in Saranac Lake, NY to Perry and Esther
(Eberhardt) Parsons.

He married Karen in 1960.

He is survived by his wife Karen; children Kim (David), Brett (Heather), and
Perry; and his brother Paul (Evie).
