Bertram was born in Seattle September 17, 1928 to Rose and David Pass.

He married Alice Feinberg in 1950.

He graduated from the 4th class of the University of Washington Medical School
in 1953.    He then served in the US Navy.

Bert is survived by his wife Alice; sister Marge Weissman; children Judith,
Gary, Sandy and their spouses Robert, Cyndi and Jim; daughter-in-law Patricia.
