Jerre was born on November 24, 1938 in Riverside CA, the eldest of four 
children to Floyd and Eleanor (Leihy) Paxton.

He married Nancy Wheeler before 1962, when they moved to Yakima, WA.  He 
married his second wife Debbie in 2005.

He was preceded in death by first wife, Nancy, and his brother Ted.

He is survived by his second wife Debbie, daughters Stephanie Paxton Jackson, 
Kimberly Paxton-Hagner, and Melissa Paxton Steiner.   He is also survived by 
his brother Gregg Paxton and sister Cheryl Paxton, and half-brother Ande Paxton.
