Arline was born November 27, 1918 in Portland OR to Henry J. and Edith C. Noonan.

She was married 42 years to Leonard Francis Penitsch from Bethlehem, PA, who
died in 1987.

In 1990 she married Alfred "Bud" Seatthrlee.   He died in 2000.

She is survived by her children Ned Penitsch (Kathy), Marilyn Penitsch, Gary
Penitsch (Diane), Susan Penitsch-Cashman (Jim Vito) and Linda P. Jones (Roger W.
Jones, Jr., deceased).

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Delmar Noonan, Dorothy
Harrington and Lenore Ryan.
