Chester was born in South Bend, WA November 27, 1916 to Norwegian immigrants
Amandus and Ida Peterson.

Chester was preceded in death by his wife Edna Marie Getchell and son John
Stanley; brothers Stanley and Victor; and sister Agnes.

He is survived by children Anne Peterson Duryee (David), Calmar Theodore
Peterson, Amanda J. Lani Schonberg (Paul) and Christopher Daniel Peterson Sr.
(Melody).
