Dave was born September 18, 1921 in Reading, PA.

He married Irene (no maiden name given) on June 18, 1948.

He worked for Boeing for 35 years, and also played with the Seattle Symphony 
from 1950 to 1991.

He is survived by his wife Irene, sister Margie Smith (Smitty), brother Dick 
(Gerry), son David III (Lizabeth), daughter Diane Collins (Jack).
