Rikki was born December 10, 1945 in Seattle, WA to Oscar and Diane Puetz.

He was married to Elaine F. Chivall on March 19, 1971.

Rik is survived by his wife Elaine Puetz; children Chad (Jennifer), Mark
(Aimee); his mother Diane; siblings Bill (Carolyn), Ted (Kaye); Dee Bishop, and
Dan Puetz.

He was preceded in death by his father Oscar Puetz; and brothers Jerry Puetz and
Jim Umbinetti.
