Susan was born July 11, 1956 in Omaha, Nebraska.

She is survived by her husband Donald Purrington; mother Laura Vorthman;
brothers John and Bill (Linda) Vorthman.

She was preceded in death by her father George Vorthman, brothers Carl and
Robert Vorthman; first husband Carl Gagey.
