Charlotte was born 1917 in New Haven, CT to Donald and Mary (Donahue) Bruce.

She married Paul A. Reh in June 1940 in Lynn, MA.  During World War II he served
in the US Navy, and retired from the Navy as a Lt. Commander.

She was preceded in death by her husband Paul in 2007 and her brother Donald Bruce.

She is survived by her two sons Paul A. Reh, Jr., Lt. Col., US Army (Ret.) and
Donald C. Reh, both graduates of the US Military Academy at West Point, NY.
