Harvey was 71 at the time of his death.

He was born in Lind, WA to William and Lois Ritchey.

He served in the US Navy in beginning in 1966, serving in Guam and Japan.

He married Edith in 1967.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years Edith (Edie); sons Greg (Stephanie),
Scott (Angie).
