Carol Robbins was born December 25, 1915 to Anna M. (Roach) and Earl C. 
Robbins, in San Francisco, CA.

He served in the Civilian Conservation Corps, graduated in Chemical 
Engineering from Washington State College in 1940, and then served in the 
Army Corps of Engineers during World War II.

In 1945 he married Irene Safko.

He worked for Boeing and was involved with both the Saturn/Apollo project in 
Huntsville, AL and the Space Shuttle project.

He was preceded in death by his mother Anna.

He is survived by his wife Irene, and children Bill, Carol Anne, Patty; 
sisters-in-law Katie Smicklo and Helen Robertson.
