David was 67 at the time of his death.    He was born in Portland, OR and
adopted at birth by Leonard and Mae Runkle.

Dave is survived by his wife Elizabeth (Liz); his sister Franell Nelson; in-laws
Roger and Georgie Chaffin, Bill and Holly Chaffin; and members of his birth family.
