Taylor was born May 25, 1926 in Seattle to Ingval A. "Sandy" Sandvigen and Trudy
Taylor Sandvigen.

He joined the Navy and served as a corpsman in World Way II.   He was recalled
to duty during the Korean War.

He married Helen Patricia Costello.

He is survived by his son Mark (Cheryl) and daughters Jane Jones (William) and
Sara Brickner (Kurt).
