John was born in Appleton, Wisconsin to Mary (Finnegan) and Frank Schwalbach on
May 21, 1927.

Jack was a World Was II veteran of the US Navy, serving on the USS San Juan in
the South Pacific.

He was married to Suzanne.

He was preceded in death by Nicholas Schwalbach.

He is survived by wife Suzanne; children John (Kim), Jacob (Doreen), and Juliet
(Steven) Mempa; sister Mary Patricia Reynolds, sister-in-law Sandra Peffer,
brother-in-law Daniel Forbes.
