Shirley was born in 1930 in Moscow, Idaho to Charles and Kathryn Cruver.

She married James "Jim" Reno Stone in 1952 and they were married nearly 63 years
at the time of her death.

She is survived by her husband Jim; children Kathryn Stone, Colleen Horder
(Morley) and John Stone (Heidi); brother Curt Cruver (Ginger); sister Judith
Cullumber and sister Sandra Tucker (Keith).
