Noburo was born in Wapato, WA on March 10, 1918.

He served in the U.S. Army during World War II in the 442nd Regimental Combat 
Team, Company E, where he served in France and Italy.

Nobi was preceded in death by his parents Kazuto and Ymayo Takahashi, brothers 
James H, Mon, Paul and his sister Kazue Takano.

He is survived by siblings Toyo Ishio, George Takahashi and Carol Fujimoto.
