Rhett was born in Pasadena, CA and was 62 at the time of his death.

He is survived by his wife of 21 years Karen (Vasseur) Tollefson; his daughter
Katie; his mother Joan Tollefson; sister Terri Gordon (John); and sister-in-law
Theresa.

He was preceded in death by his father Barclay and his brother Ted.
