Sue was born October 1, 1937 in Peoria, IL.

In 1971 she married Wilmer William "Bill" Whipple.

She was preceded in death by her husband Bill in 2011 after 40 years of marriage.

She is survived by daughters Kris Yokley (Alex) and Jan Whipple; and brother
Dick Schusler.
