Additional Comments: Gussie immigrated from Sweden in 1889 (following her sister, Matilda Swanson Becker to the Issaquah, WA area) and Charles immigrated from England with his parents in 1880. They established their home in Gilman, King, WA in the late l890's and, then, moved to Tono, Thurston, WA - a mining town that is now a ghost town. Charles was instrumental in establishing the mining town on behalf of the Union Pacific Coal Company. After 1930, they moved to Centralia, Lewis, WA.
