OWERY (Wilson Pioneer) Cemetery in Winston was established in 1890 and
dedicated in 1982 by Matt and Barney Murphy.

Owery Cemetery, aka Wilson Pioneer Cemetery is located at 156 Koons Rd.
on private land. Follow Winston Creek Road to Salmon Creek Road. 
At the "T" turn right on Koons Road. Take logging road immediately
on your right after seeing the mailbox 156. Follow logging road to 
cemetery. The cemetery has (11) eleven marked graves. It is a small 
cemetery about 40 ft. square. No known records exist. This 
transcription was taken March 1994 at the cemetery.
