WALVILLE CEMETERY Transcribed by T sheldon, proofread by Gavin Vincent, and submitted this 17th day of May 2000. Location: Sec. 1, T12N, R6W, Lots 7&8. On the north side of Highway 6, this cemetery is 78 acres large. In 1943 the USA sold this property to H.F. and Pearl GAROUTTE for $500, provided there be an easement for burials. The land was later sold to Weyerhauser Timber Co. with the same easement on the papers. The township of Walville no longer exists, but used to be a timber town, employing both Japanese and others.
