North Cove Pioneer Cemetery, Pacific County, WA

Inscription reads:

This graveyard was relocated in 1977
From its original site 3/4 mile south of
Here to preserve it from advancing erosion
At that time no markers were found for
The following people who were buried
In the old cemetery

JJ Olsen - 1896
Infant Jacobsen - 1896
Man found on beach - 1897
Infant Christensen - 1903
Child, Eva Myrtle Patrick - 1917
Infant, Hanna - 1921
Child, David Wayne Rockwell - 1931
Louisa Servaes - 1933

Headstones inscribed "Unknown" mark the graves of these people



Additional Comments:
The old pioneer cemetery was moved in 1977 due to coastal erosion. There have 
been several new additions since then. Directions: Just off HWY 105 on east 
side between mileposts 20 and 21 between the towns of Grayland and Tokeland. 
Some markers are heavily weathered or missing.
