Mrs. Fred (Margaret) Ahrens, 60, of Route 7, Box 258, died Wednesday morning in 
a local hospital. Born in Germany, she had lived in this country 55 years and 
20 years of that time in Tacoma.  Beside her husband, survivors are fours 
daughters, Mrs. Louise Thomas of Orting, Mrs. Margaret Anderson and Mrs. Marie 
Fuhlman, both of Spanaway, Miss Helen Ahrens of Tacoma, and a son, Fred Jr., 
also of Tacoma; brother, Herman Sylvester of Orting and six grandchildren.  
Piper's will announce the funeral.
