Inspired by a book and television movie The Christmas box. Donations of $45,000.00 were raised and sent to Tacoma Pierce-County Crime Stoppers and was accepted by the Puyallup City Council. On one side of the statue is engraved: But Jesus said suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the Kingdom of heaven Matthew 19:14 In the middle of the statue is engraved Angel of Hope. On the other side of the statue is engraved: Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children.
