The cemetery was dedicated to all the lineal descendants of John G.and Jinny Viereck in 1925. Other local settlers are buried here also.It is possible some children were buried prior to 1889. The cemetery is 80 x 100 feet. The present fence that was placed here in 1947 does not surround the entire surveyed cemetery. The following have headstones.
