Abstracted By: James Aultman

Stanwoods Pioneer Cemetery, which contained many graves of 
Pioneers, Settlers and Native American Indians.  Some graves 
have been moved to various other cemeteries and some have 
been lost to bulldozing for surrounding development.  
Located north of Stanwood in Snohomish, Washington.  
Cemetery grounds are kept neatly mowed and is taken care of.  
You must park on the side of the road opposite the cemetery 
sign and must walk up some poorly maintained steps up to the 
cemetery on top of a hill, some 100 feet through the woods.
