Henry S. Smith, 86 of 405 Lincoln St., Snohomish, died Feb 27 in Monroe. Born Sept. 30, in Mountainview, Missouri, he had lived in Snohomish for many years. He was a member of the Snohomish Lodge 12, IOOF and the Snohomish First Methodist Church. He leaves a son, Harry J Smith of Snohomish, three daughters, Mrs. Ted Smith of Seattle, Mrs. Clyde Wilson of Everett and Mrs. John Duckering of Seattle; six grand children, eight great-grand children; a brother, Al Smith of Ukiah, California. Services: Monday, 1 p.m. chapel of Purdy and dawson Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Calkins officiating; burial, GAR Cemetery.
