He was called "DOC" Garratt because he was a Doctor of Veterinary Science.
Picture was taken of family plot in Spangle Washington. Willet was born in
Wellington Prince Edward County Ontario Canada on 27 Aug 1868. He died 22 Mar
1936 in Spangle Washington.
