There were 27 men in the camp the night the big snow commenced, and Lindholm was absent on an errand. With the incease in the fury of the storm the men commenced to feel worried about their companion.Time went on and he did not return.Someone suggested that they make up a searching party. The suggestion was immediateyl acted upon, and out into the blinding storm with lanterns started themen.Along the track they went, yelling his name and kicking through the snow in th ehopes of finding hisbody if fallen. The serch was unsuccessful and, when the rescuers were almost frozen themselves, they returned to camp.
