A Boy AvvidelddWillie Minkler,aged 14 years,was shot and intantly killed by 
his cousin,Judson,the son of J.D.WinklerThe boys were playig soldier in the 
garrett of Dr.Minkler's house,and Willie was dressed in his uncle's Grand Army 
uniform.The younger of the two boys,Judosn,was trying to ectract a shell from 
a Winchester rifle,when it was discharged,the ball entering and passing 
through the y .He expired instantly. The coroner's jury decided that the 
shooting  was purely accidental.The boy who did the shooting is in a highly 
nui .General sympathy is felt for all the parties concerned.
