Thomas S. Montgomery, 54, of Kelso, died March 15, 2006. 

He was born Oct. 22, 1951, in Guam to Duncan Otis and Fay (O'Connor) 
Montgomery. 

Dr. Montgomery graduated from Mercer Island High School and attended the 
University of Washington and the University of Colorado. He then began to 
practice as a physician. 

Surviving him are his wife, Ellen Montgomery; his father; two sons, Zachariah 
Montgomery and Brian Montgomery; a daughter, Miah Montgomery; a stepson, Nathan 
Gehrman; two stepdaughters, Kali Gehrman and Paige Gehrman; three brothers, 
Patrick Montgomery, Timothy Montgomery and Mark Montgomery; two sisters, Mary 
McGuire and Barbara Hotaling; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Calvary Baptist Church. 
Committal service will follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. 

Memorial contributions may be made to the Northwest Lions Eye Bank, 901 Boren 
Ave., Suite 810, Seattle, WA 98104. 

Columbia Funeral Service is in charge.
