He was born July 27, 1924, to Robert and Bytha (Drennan) Aultman, in Sumrall, Mississippi. On Feb 17, 1945, he was married to Elnora Castle, in Portsmouth, VA. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran of WWII and the Korean conflict. He was a member of the Fleet Reserve of Olympia and the Yelm-Rainier Future Farmers of America Alumni. Surviving, besides his wife, are three sons, Dr. Fred Harlass, Tacoma, James C. Aultman, Yelm, and John E. Aultman, Lynde; two brothers, Dale, Gulfport, Miss., and Ray, Collins, Miss; three sisters, Anne Norris, Seminary, Miss., Betty Norris, of Warner Robins, GA., and Sadie Harvey, Pensacola, FL.; 13 nieces and nephews; also four grandchildren. The funeral service for Mr. Aultman will begin at 11:00 a.m. Thursday June 2, in Yelm United Methodist Church. The Rev. Randy Henderson and the Rev. Don Kimbrough, will officiate. Interment will follow at 2:30 p.m. in the Doss Cemetery, Mossyrock. Arrangements are by Newell- Hoerling's Mortuary, Centralia. The family suggests memorial donations may be made to the State FFA Foundation, Old Capital Building, room 240, Olympia. 98504, or the the Bob Hope Heart Research Institute, 528 18th Ave., Seattle.
