Miss Marie B. Willey, popular Olympia girl, became the bride of Stephen G. Fusco of Chehalis Sunday afternoon at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. S.C. Willey, in Olympia. The bride was attractvely dressed in a gown of heavy white satin, molded in semi-classic lines. Full sleeves were pleated at the shoulder line and the loose folds at the elbow were caught into tight fitting cuffs and printed at the wrists. The flare of the skirt was slit in front. The bouquet was all white of gardenias and rosebuds. Mrs. Florence Lehman, sister of the bride, was matron of honor and was dressed in a gown of aquamarine molded in long flaring lines with a high neckline. Her bouquet was of pink rosebuds in a sheaf. William Fusco, brother of the groom, was best man. Eleanor Friend, niece of the groom, was flower girl, and Donald Lehman, nephew of the bride, carried the ring on a white satin pillow. Following the wedding an informal reception was held, after which the bride and groom left for a motor trip into northern Washington. The latter part of September they will be at home at 1335 Washington avenue. The Centralia Daily Chronicle, September 13, 1935: Fusco-Willey. Miss Marie Willey of Olympia and S.J. Fusco of Chehalis will be married Sunday at Olympia. The marriage will take place at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. Rev. Claude H. Lorimer will read the ceremony before immediate relatives of the young couple. Mrs. Florence Lehman will be the bride's only attendant and is her sister. William Fusco, of Portland, brother of the groom will be best man. Eleanor Friend, niece of the groom and Donald Lehman, nephew of the bride will be flower girl and ring-bearer respectively. Following the ceremony a reception will be held, after which Mr. and Mrs. Fusco will leave for a honeymoon before establishing their home there.
