Born Dec. 8, 1955, Mary Jane was a lifetime Whatcom County resident and was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Lynden. She was also active in the church choir and also the marriage encounter groups. She was a 1974 graduate of Nooksack Valley High School and was married to her husband Lee in Lynden on Nov. 19, 1977. She is survived by her husband Lee; a daughter, Michelle & a son Adam, both at home; a step-son Lee Cardon Jr. of San Bernardino, Calif; a step-daughter, Cherie Cardon at home; her father, Norman Hubby of Merritt, B.C.; her mother-in-law, Mrs. Ruth Zubok of Monrovia, Calif.; her grandmother, Mrs. Florence Hubby of Bellingham; Chuck & wife Wendy Hubby of Everson, Mike Hubby of Lynden, and John Hubby of Austin, Texas; a half-brother Roy Hubby of Merritt, B. C.; 3 sisters, Mrs. Louise & husband Darryl Ehlers of Lynden, Norma English of Darrington and Barbra Nichols of Edmonds and numerous aunts, uncles & cousins. Christian Prayer services will be conducted on Tues. March 20 at 7:30 p.m. in St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Lynden. Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted by Father Patrick Keaty on Wed. March 21 at 3 p.m. in St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Lynden. Burial will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery.
