Yakima Newspaper 1962
  A two-story house on Lancaster Road was completely destroyed by fire early 
Saturday morning.
  The house was occupied by the Myron Wilde family and owned by Mr. and Mrs. 
John F. Mercer, Richland, relatives of the Wilde's.
  The family was in the process of moving from the house and were not in the 
building when the fire occured.
  Neighbors said the Wildes left the house Friday with livestock and personal 
possessions.
  The house was one of the older homes in this area built by B. F. Lyons over 
fifty years ago.
