Note: Phil always signed his name as: Philip J. Mills - He changed the spelling
of his first name sometime after returning from combat in World War II. His
family never realized that dad's name was spelled "Phillip" until after his death.

Philip's body was transported from Tacoma, Washington to Langevin-Mussetter
Funeral Home in Yakima, Washington so he could be buried next to his first wife,
Arlene Ella (Buchman) Mills at Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Yakima.

Philip and Arlene E. Mills are buried next to Arlene's aunt and uncle, Jacob and
Clara Fiechtner of Yakima, WA.  Clara (Buchmann) Fiechtner is the sister of
Arlene's father, Frank Buchman. Note that Clara's maiden name is spelled
Buchmann and Frank Buchman's name is spelled with only one "N", the reason being
is Frank's birth certifcate incorrectly listed his last name as "Buchman" and
when Frank was in the military they told him that he had to spell his name just
as it was written on his birth certificate, so from that moment on, Frank's name
was spelled, BUCHMAN.
