BILLINGS, aged 59 years. Mr. BILLINGS was born in Vermont, where he resided until 1851, when he came west and settled in Olin, Adams County, Wisconsin, where he resided until his death. He was married September 9, 1853, to Annette TEED, and leaves a wife and ten children to mourn their loss. In his family Mr. BILLINGS was one of the kindest and most considerate of men. As a neighbor he was social and obliging, and was truly an honest and conscientious man. His death has cast a gloom over the entire community, and the many tearful eyes speak truly of the affection and esteem all had felt for him. His family have the deepest sympathy of a host of friends.
