Colburn news column

The second son of Mr. R. CAIN, who lived for several years on the F. C.
WOOD farm, and now lives south of Plainfield, died Wednesday. The trouble
was measles followed by pneumonia. There are several more of the family
sick and one young girl is very low with but little hopes of recovery. Earl
was a good son and well liked by all who knew him.

In the same column as above, "Mr. McALLISTER went to Mr. CAIN's the first
of the week to help care for the sick."
