DIED--on the 16th of October 1891, at the house of Wallace THOMPSON, in
this town, John FOLMSBEE, aged 86 years.

Uncle John, as he was familiarly called, had lived here nearly forty years.
He was highly respected by all his neighbors and friends, as was attested
by the large attendance at his funeral Sunday. He was laid to rest beside
his wife in the Plainville cemetery, who died in February, 1890.
