She had attained the age of 85 years, 40 years of which had been spent on the farm where she died. She came with her husband and family from Pennsylvania in 1863, settling on the farm in Twin Valley where they lived prominently and successfully. She retained a vigorous use of her mental and physical faculties to the last, walking all around the neighborhood but a few weeks ago. Her husband survives her and his age is nearly 91 years. One daughter is married to H. S. WILLARD, a prominent citizen of the county, another is Mrs. George AGER of Briggsville, and one son and one daughter, unmarried, are living at home.
