Obituary: Adams County, Wisconsin: Belle HARRISON ************************************************************************ Submitted by Joan Benner, May 2005 © All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ************************************************************************ From the Adams County Press 21 January 1899 Page 5 Column 3 DIED--HARRISON--Mrs. Belle HARRISON, wife of Leon A. HARRISON, died at Tomah on Thursday January 12, and the remains were brought to this county and interred at Olin last Sunday. Mrs. HARRISON was a native of Adams county, having been born at the residence of her parents, the late Mr. and Mrs. William WARD, in Twin Valley in the Town of Springville. Mrs. HARRISON was a bright, delightful, charming lady, who won all hearts by the graces of mind, manner and person; but over all these hung the shadow of that fell destroyer that sooner or later carries off the fairest and loveliest of earth. After her marriage she and her husband lived at Twin Valley, Friendship, Wausau, Grand Rapids, Merrill and Tomah. In all these places, her early decease will tenderly touch a large circle of friends. She leaves a husband, two little sons, and one brother as her nearest kindred.
