George HEDDEN died at the residence of his daughter Mrs. Myra McFARLAND in
the town of Lincoln January 1, 1889; aged 67 years. He was probably born in
Tompkins county, New York where he spent his early boyhood. He came to
Wisconsin in 1867, some years later his wife died and his daughters having
married he went to live with his daughters. He had been sick for some
months and realized at the beginning his malady was a fatal one.
