Died: HENDRICK, on Tuesday morning October 14, 1884, Mr. Jason Hendrick of
Tulip Grove, at the residence of his son-in-law, D. L. Quaw. 

The funeral services were conducted by Rev. J. H. McNielly of Tulip Grove,
and burial was at Mt. Olivet cemetery yesterday, Oct. 16th. --Nashville
Tennessee Daily American

Mr. Hendricks was one of the earliest settlers in Friendship, and during
his residence here became known to almost every man in the county.
