Spring news column

Died, Lewis HERMON, or as he was familiarly called, "Old Lewie", private of
Company C, 23rd Regiment, Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, fell from his chair
at uriah Morse's last Friday and died almost immediately. He was buried on
saturday by the W. J. Kershaw Post, GAR.
