QUAM died at her home in the town of Strongs Prairie, September 3rd, 1919, aged 56 years, 8 months and 9 days. Deceased was born in Svenne Feesber parish, Numedahl, Norway, December 24th, 1852, and came to America in 1883. She was united in marriage with Nels S. QUAM in 1896, and has since resided in the town of Strongs Prairie up to the time of her death. Besides her husband she leaves to mourn their loss three brothers, Hellie NELSON of Saskatchewan, Canada; Kristen NELSON of Deerfield; Ole NELSON of Beloit; and two sisters, Mrs. Annie BUIND and Mrs. Ingeborg OESTBY, both of Kongsberg, Norway. Funeral services were held on Friday afternoon, September 5th, at the Trinity Lutheran church in the town of Strongs Prairie, Rev. A. J. Raftshol officiating, and the interment was in the cemetery adjoining the church.
