RAMSAY died at his home in Big Spring, September 20, 1895, after a long and severe illness. Mr. RAMSAY was born in Berlin township, Trumble County, Ohio, March 2, 1827. When a small boy, he and his parents moved to Portage County, Ohio, where they all resided until 1850, when the family moved to the present home in Big Spring. The following winter he visited his old home in Ohio, and on April 6, 1851, was married to Miss Rebecca FISHER of that place, who has been his constant companion and faithful nurse during his sickness. They had five children, three of whom are still living. Mr. RAMSAY was well known throughout Adams and adjoining counties. He was ever found a ready help in time of sickness or death, and will be long missed by a large circle of friends and neighbors
