They came to Barron in 1901 and here Mr. Sather conducted a shop until he sold out to his son-in-law, Oliver Gulickson, in 1914. In the Sather family, aside from Mrs. Gulickson, there are three sons, Harold C., cashier in a bank at Craig, Colo.; Arthur R., a jeweler at Spooner, Wis., and Sigurd L., a jeweler at Grand Rapids, Minn. --Taken from: History of Barron Co., Wisconsin, H.
