Graveside service was to be on March 8 in Talala, Oklahoma. Visitation was on March 7 at Dolton Funeral Home in Collinsville, Oklahoma. Later, a memorial was to be at Stilwell Retirement Center in Waco, where she lived. She was born July 16, 1914 in Rice Lake (Barron County), Wisconsin, to Edmund Brunette and Rose Adele Demars Brunette. She married Robert Sparks, Sr. "Sparky", in 1935 and they had one son, Robert, Jr. The family settled in Talala, Oklahoma, where she was active in St. Therese Catholic Church in Collinsville. Sparky died, then she married Luther Adams and moved to Inola, Oklahoma. Luther died, then she moved to Waco, where her son and his family lived. She was a member of St. Mary's Church of the Assumption in Waco. Survivors were her son and his wife, Donna, of Hewitt, Texas, granddaughter Julie Winckler and husband, C. J., of Jackson, Mississippi, and descendants, and the Adams family in Oklahoma. Wilkirson- Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home of Waco was in charge. Donations were suggested to Stilwell Retirement Center, 5400 Laurel Lake Dr., Waco, Texas 76710. Additional Comments: I also am a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Waco.
